RESTORATION HARDWARE TO LEASE 1.2 MILLION SF FACILITY IN MARYLAND FROM WEEKS ROBINSON

Weeks Robinson Properties today announced Restoration Hardware has signed a 15-year lease for a 1.2 million square foot warehouse facility at Trade Center95 in Cecil County, Maryland, near Baltimore. This location will serve as Restoration Hardware’s East Coast furniture distribution center.

Weeks Robinson Properties today announced its acquisition of two distribution centers totaling 702,000 square feet in the Railhead area of Ft. Worth, Texas (Tarrant County). Conveniently located near Interstate 35 West and Spur Road 280, the two buildings are currently 56% leased.

WEEKS ROBINSON MOVES INTO BALTIMORE MARKET

Weeks Robinson today announced the acquisition of a 600,000-square-foot warehouse building and 32 acres of vacant land at Trade Center 95 in Cecil County, Maryland near Baltimore. The newly constructed cross-dock building features 32 feet of clear height in the warehouse and a large truck area. Weeks Robinson has already begun marketing the building to potential logistics tenants. The pad-ready site allows Weeks Robinson to expand the building to 1.2 million square feet.
